Meet Alex
Alex Eggers is a conscientious, passionate, and knowledgeable wellness practitioner with a background in a variety of modalities relating to holistic health and well-being. He has a strong desire for supporting and guiding receptive individuals through identifying, educating, and prescribing best practices and techniques for mitigating a variety of dysfunctions and enhancing one’s human experience.
Alex is inspired by coaching and leading others by exploring aligned practices that optimize the overall wellness of each person her guides, holistically. This includes the full spectrum of mind, body, and spiritual connection of each unique individual.
He began his adventure of service to others through his own journey into his full self. This includes diving deep into consciousness and awareness of previously being caught in the superficial environment of nightlife and surface layers of interconnectedness. Taking a step back in self reflection and how this moved within his own life experience, Alex awoke to a new paradigm within his own life that can be possible with deliberate and intentional living. The dance between the mind body connection and how the practices he applied and now provides, along with his expertise training guided him into being a solid support and guide for others. Alex is also a continuous student in his field and the adventure of life.
As he designed and created Prana Performance Training, Alex selected specific equipment, and an executed buildout of the studio's Functional Movement Training Room to accommodate clients of various physical needs and age groups to support their relationships with healthy outlets for holistic, integrative movement practices.
